We use Resend to deliver these emails.

1.2 Developer Submissions

If you submit a developer application or otherwise provide content to FeatureZens, we may collect:

• Your name or developer handle
• Your email address
• Your IP address at the time of submission (for agreement audit purposes)
• The date and time of your submission
• Files, descriptions, screenshots, videos, and other materials you voluntarily submit

This information is used solely to:

• Process your submission
• Communicate with you regarding your submission
• Maintain records of agreement acceptance where legally required
• Respond to copyright or intellectual property complaints involving submitted content

We do not sell your personal information.

1.3 DMCA Notices

If you submit a DMCA takedown notice through our website, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and electronic signature, as required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c).

This information is used solely to process the notice, comply with applicable law, and communicate with the affected content provider where legally required.

1.4 Affiliate Payout Information

Approved affiliates may provide their legal account-holder name, beneficiary address, and IBAN so we can send earned commissions. The full IBAN and beneficiary address are transmitted over HTTPS directly to Revolut Business, our bank-transfer processor. FeatureZens does not retain the full IBAN or beneficiary address after setup; we retain only the account-holder name, bank country, masked IBAN, processor recipient identifiers, payout status, and transfer references needed to operate and audit the affiliate program.

We never ask for or store your online-banking username, password, PIN, or one-time security code. Revolut may process and retain payout information under its own privacy and regulatory obligations.

2. Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with our website.

Microsoft Clarity provides anonymized session recordings and heatmaps that help us improve the usability, functionality, and overall experience of our website.

Clarity may collect information such as:

• Pages visited
• Time spent on pages
• Mouse movements
• Clicks and scrolling behavior
• Browser type
• Device type
• Screen resolution
• Approximate geographic region
• Referring website or URL

Microsoft Clarity does not collect passwords or payment card information through these recordings.

3. Payments & Order Information

FeatureZens uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform.

When you place an order, Shopify and its integrated payment providers securely process information necessary to complete your purchase, which may include:

• Your name
• Billing information
• Email address
• Payment information
• Order details

FeatureZens does not store your full payment card information. Payment information is securely processed by Shopify and its payment providers.

Affiliate commission payouts may be processed by Revolut Business or Stripe Connect, depending on the payout method selected. These providers receive the information necessary to verify the recipient, process the transfer, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations.
